1. Full refund

If you haven't used any lesson in your package, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. After 7 days

Unused lessons are either refunded or kept as credit — your choice.

3. Cancelling lessons

Cancelling at least 12 hours before a lesson returns it to your balance.
